Smelly...

Two days ago I got the wild idea to dehydrate some onions. Not just some onions but more like 15 pounds of them. If you have never chopped that many onions it is hard to appreciate the smell. What is even harder to appreciate is the smell they put off while dehydrating. So far my onions have been in the dehydrators for over two days. I finally took them out and ran them through the blender to get them even finer to speed up the dehydrating process. I guess it must be humid enough to make it take longer to dehydrate. Either way they stink. I don't know if I will do onions this way again...
