It died...

About 2 years ago we were gifted a used television by my father-in-law after our television died. The television he gave us was a huge tv that he no longer used. While we were grateful for the gift the television ended up being much larger than we would have hoped. My father-in-law is constantly buying new tvs because he has to have the latest thing on the market. He believes it is very important to have an a decent television if you are paying for cable television. I personally don't understand the difference between and LCD, plasma or HDTV but apparently there is on. We now find ourselves in need of another television because the one we were gifted recently quit working. Once again my father-in-law assures us that he has a television we can have because he just upgraded his set. He did point out that the tv set is not a high definition television but we don't really care as long as it works. I am just hoping it doesn't weigh 80 pounds like the last one because it was impossible to get out of the house when we had to haul it to the dump.
