Back at it...
Last week I started trying to work out again. I had gotten sidetracked over the course of the summer with my numerous other projects. I am now trying to workout 2-3 times a day in shorter sessions. I used to try to exercise in a single long session each day. I found that by the time I found time for a long workout it was very late in the day and I was generally not able to give my best effort. For right now I am only focusing on exercising each day and not looking at my diet. I know there will come a time when I will want research what nutritional options I have as well as if I might benefit from various supplements like hgh supplements but for right now I am putting that off. I feel it is best for me to focus on getting one thing into a routine and then address other issues. I think that typically I try to do too much at once and overwhelm myself with the details.
