Last weekend my husband filled our van with a bunch of odds and ends that we were throwing out and headed to the dump. At the gate the man asked him what sort of items he was dropping off. My husband told him that it was mostly papers and a few pieces of used cisco. Apparently throwing away computer related items sends up red flags at the dump. Instead of the normal fee of a couple dollars the man told my husband there would be a per item charge for computer related products. The total charge would have been more than we pay for trash service for an entire month. He told the guy that he would dispose of these items elsewhere. Spring clean up is next month in our town and you can put anything you want curbside for disposal. Can you guess what will be on my curb?
