Will the market rebound?

Normally, I am not one to track my retirement investments from day to day. The last month the market has been in such a slump I have found myself logging on several times a day to check my account. At this point I am seriously wondering if we should look into mortgage life insurance to cover our bills in future. I cannot imagine what will happen to our economy and future if things continue to tank the way they have over the last several weeks. I know I am not alone and scores of other people are feeling the pinch as well. Hopefully, things have hit bottom and it only gets better from here.
