Back At It

For the last 3 weeks I have been getting up on purpose at 6 am to go walking with a friend. We normally walk 2 miles in a span of 35-40 minutes. As much as I hate getting up this early this has been great for my overall health. Yes, there are times when I need an energy drink to make it through the day. I do find myself making better food choices because I have started the day off on the right foot. I am now throwing in an extra workout at the end of the day and having been hitting my daily goal of 4 miles a day consistently. Hopefully, it won't be very long before the pre-baby me is staring back at me in the mirror.
