What To Eat?
Since my new fitness routine has been on my mind I have been seriously overhauling my diet as well. I am finding that eating well really keeps my appetite at bay most of the day. There are moments however when I wish I could just pop a Phentermine to take the edge off. One thing that has been working really well for me is drinking lots of water. I also make myself look up the calories in whatever I am thinking about eating and weighing that against the time I would need to put in on the treadmill to burn off those same calories. A piece of chocolate doesn't look nearly as good when it means another 15 minutes of walking on top of the 80 minutes I am already doing.
