So, my doctor called yesterday to tell me that my cholesterol is high as well as my LDL... I have to go on a low fat diet. I already eat a Paleo diet but I steer myself towards low fat meats. My glucose level was also high which could mean I am pre-diabetic. I have to have all of this tested again in 6 months. I will be interested to see what changes in that time given that I started running 6 weeks ago. Hopefully, everything straightens out but I am really thinking this is genetic because both my parents are on statins and diabetes runs in my family.
