The Perfect Time...

I have found that for me working out in the early afternoon is the best time of day. It doesn't matter if I am walking on the treadmill or doing resistance bands I simply feel the strongest at this time of day. Since I workout at home I don't need to worry about packing yoga bags or carrying around a change of clothes. I usually just wait until after lunch and jump on the treadmill and walk for 45 minutes. I then take my shower and feel energized for the rest of the day.
