Goals...

I only set one goal for myself for this year. That goal is to work out almost every day of the week. Thus far I have been walking for 45 minutes each day. During that time I burn about 400 calories because of the pace and incline that I am walking at. I have set no other goals because I feel like if you try to do to many things at once you set yourself up to fail at them all. Once I get my workout routine under control then I will add other things into the mix.
