Summer break!

Today is the first day of summer vacation for both of my children. Since it is raining they have elected to spend the day watching television. My older son had lost his television privileges earlier in the school year because of some bad decisions and was told he would regain them when he finished all of his school work for the year. Last night he finished the very last of his work and was able to have his television watching privilege back this morning. I don't mind them having one day simply sitting in front of the television after months of not being able to do so. I will reign in their viewing to a reasonable amount in a few days but for now I am going to let them just enjoy themselves.
