No, no school today.

Do your children beg you to go school? My youngest son is forever begging me to "do school". I have to laugh because he wanted to "do" school at 8 pm on a Sunday night. Being home schooled it is entirely possible that we might do school on the weekend but not when we have already completed a full week of school. I have to laugh that the child was truly upset because I didn't want to get out his books at bedtime and start in on learning something new. I know that this type of enthusiasm is something that should be indulged whenever you see but I just can't do that at such a late hour. This mommy needs to be wide eyed and holding a hot cup of coffee in order to get in a good day of school.
