About 3 weeks ago I started taking a yoga class. My initial thought when I signed up would be that it would motivate me to get back in shape. I really enjoy the class but it just doesn't have that kick in the butt I thought it would. Typically when you first start an exercise class reminds you just how out of shape you are. This class really doesn't seem to have any effect on me whatsoever. I suppose my next step should either be to start reading diet pill reviews or sign up for a more challenging class. I think it would be more effective if the class was more than just once a week or the participants were a little closer in age range. Our class is so diverse in age and ability that I think it may not be challenging enough for more active people.
