A good time to buy.

My personal opinion is that this is the time to buy a house or look into commercial real estate. The market is in such a crazy state that the bargains are plentiful. We took a leap and put our house on the market in June and this was a risky move. We knew we would take much less for our house than we wanted. The great thing is when we went to buy our new house we were able to recoup our loss and then some. I think if you have been on the fence about buying to take a chance and go for it!
