Slobs.

The people living next door to us are slobs. It doesn't matter what an item is if it falls on the ground they leave it their. If the trash bag rips open on the way to the curb they leave it there. Personal items or not they simply lie around until the wind or an animal carries them elsewhere. I really think you ought to be able to buy home insurance that covers a decline in your property value because the people next door are slobs. I can't wait until I can move and once again live in an area where people take some pride in their homes. I use to have that luxury until our neighborhood became a land of rental properties.
