Kick starting my metabolism

For the last 3 months I have been working out religiously. In this time I have seen a definite improvement in my muscle tone and energy level. Sometimes I work out twice a day! Of course then I am in desperate need of a soak in a bath, laden with dead sea salt, to ease my aching muscles. I have however not seen a dramatic jump in my weight. At this point I am ready to try just about anything to kick start my metabolism. This week I embarked on a ultra low fat diet. Surprisingly thus far it hasn't been an incredible challenge to stick to but ask me again next week :)
