Pain In My Neck

I am sure you thought by the title of this post that I would be complaining about someone. I am sorry to disappoint you but this time I truly have a pain in my neck. It started this weekend one morning when I woke up and hasn't subsided in days. Every time I lift my arm or turn to the left it the pain shoots into my neck and down my shoulder blade. My husband is encouraging me to find a top notch New York Chiropractor and get this taken care of. That is one thing I love about living in New York is always having access to incredible medical care. We have lived all over the country but no where else I have felt as confident in the health care system. No doubt I will be as good as new once I get this taken care of but until then can I just say "OUCH"!
