Electronics Frustration Abounds

Why is it that when one thing around your house decides to wear out at least 2-3 other things feel it is their time to go as well? A couple weeks ago someone hit our car forcing us to begin looking for a new car much sooner than we had planned. Then lightning struck very near our house and shortly thereafter the television and computer monitor decided to leave this earthly life behind. The television we can deal without but the computer is my livelihood so we quickly found a replacement monitor. It seemed everything was good to go for a while and just yesterday our computer tower started making this strange noise. My brother checked it out and said the fan is in need of replacement. He also suggested that while we were spending the money on this repair that we also consider a computer memory upgrade. He says our computer is adequate but shortly we will need more memory if we save anymore files or install more software. Since this is cheaper than a new computer we are going to go ahead with it. I am however issuing a warning to all other household appliances that they must continue the good fight. We will not tolerate anymore slacking on the job!
