I am someone who spends more time than I rightfully should online completing a long list of WAHM jobs. I, as most of you, am usually more than happy to help someone who is facing a challenge or needs help with a project. Personally, I will research a problem in every conceivable way and plug away at solving it for far longer than I should before asking for help.
What is wearing on me, and has for some time, are those people who manage to find their way to a forum and are completely competent in writing posts, know full well how a search engine works, and can read yet insist on posting questions that require others to look up information for them. If you want to know something first TRY to find the answer on your own in the very least! If, after getting the knowledge in hand you are still confused THEN ask for help.
To be clear- I am a paid poster on SEVERAL forums and these are some of the things I have read. Let's see what you think?
Woman types on a board dedicated solely and entirely to "nursing" problems :
" Can someone give me a good recipe for Pasta Fettucini?"
Um, have you heard of AllRecipes.com?
Person requests:
"Someone tell them how to make a website."
Follows up this question with other questions that include:
"What is a domain"?
All of which are posted on a forum dedicated to dogs.
Is it just me?
