Running...

I finished the C25K program a couple of weeks ago. Since then I have continued with my running on a consistent basic. My new plan is to work on increasing my speed and the time that I run. I have upped my speed slightly and added about 5 minutes to my 30 minute run. I am feeling really proud of myself for sticking with this and find myself looking forward to the days that I run. I never in a million years would have believed that I would run for 10 minutes let alone 35 minutes. I also walk for another 30 minutes in addition to my run. On the days that I don't run I also walk for 60 minutes. So...all in all I work out 60 minutes a day six out of seven days of the week.I am also adding some strength training into my routine.
