I didn't do a whole lot of canning earlier in the year. We had a great deal of stuff left over from my previous years of canning. I did freeze a great deal of fruit that we grew in our garden. I have however found myself canning a ton of stuff lately. This has included beets, apple sauce, apple juice, grape juice, and mushrooms. I am sure there are many other things that I have been canning but it slips my mind. I still have a bushel of apples to process into apple sauce and then my canning should slow down dramatically.
