Parties...

We hosted a birthday party for our youngest son last night. My brother asked if it was okay if some friends of his accompanied him the party. Apparently they were headed out to some event after the party and were car pooling. I said the more the merrier. One of his friends is apparently quite the musician and also likes to be the center of attention. He talked all night about his band and random stuff like buying affordable banjo strings at musicians friend. I think I would have been more entertained if he would have brought and instrument and actually played music rather than rambling on endlessly about it. I guess the only way I will get to hear him play is to find out where his band actually has a gig.
