Simple needs kids...

This week I took my children to the doctor's for their annual check ups. I don't really have a great deal of interaction with other children their age on a routine basis. While at the doctor's office there were a couple of children, around the same age as my older son, who were waiting to be seen. I listened to them talking about needing new neff clothing and cell phones while they waited. The conversation struck me an interesting because my son never asks for different clothes or electronic gadgets. I realized in that moment just simple my children's needs are. Being home schooled they don't feel the pressure to own certain things or dress in a particular way. It is nice to have them be happy with what they have and who they are.
