Go cart...

My husband and son are considering trying to build a go kart. I don't know where they got the idea but they are pretty excited about it. I really wish they would abandon it all together. They are both kind of easily distracted and even if they had hjc helmets on their head I would worry about injuries. My husband is the type of driver who is constantly scanning the side of the road rather than looking at what is ahead of him. It makes me nervous to ride with him. I can only imagine what could happen if he wrecked in a go kart. With any luck they will abandon this idea before they begin and we can move onto the next big project in their lives which will hopefully keep their feet planted on the ground.
