Redecorating...

When we bought our house one of the rooms we absolutely loved was the finished basement. I had all these visions of the good times we would enjoy in that space. In the two years we have lived here we have used the space very little. The primary reason we haven't used the space is because we lacked the right arrangement of furniture. We have large modern furniture and the space is oddly shaped. A few weeks ago I saw a picture in a magazine that gave me sudden inspiration to move our furniture and do a little redecorating in our basement. The result has totally transformed how we are able to use this area. Everyone can see the television now and not feel like we are sitting on top of one another. I am sure we have used our basement more in the last few weeks than we have in the last couple of years.
