Wood fire.

This is the first time we have ever had a fireplace. I have to tell you that I absolutely love. Now that I know it is safe to use I am so much more at ease about starting a fire. The area where our fireplace is located is pretty decorated pretty much like an old fashioned library minus the cigars and smoking jacket. It is so nice to start a fire and curl up in one of the chairs with a book. Even the children love to go down there and hang out. Until we started using the fireplace the room hardly got any use at all and now it is our favorite spot in our house. Funny how that works isn't it?
