Making it yourself.

I have never before made applesauce. This year for some reason I decided to give it a try. It is remarkably easy to do. I always thought you had to can it or something but you can simply freeze it in freezer bags. The one thing about making an endless array of applesauce over the last few days is I have lost weight! Between slaving over the stove I haven't been able to overeat over even obsess about how badly I need weight loss pills. I have made several gallons and will probably make at least another one or two. My family eats so much applesauce that this will save us quite a bit of money over the coming months.
