Driving myself crazy.

As I sit here writing I am also listening to an episode of Private Practice. I really shouldn't do this because I typically end up freaking myself out somehow. This particular show is about a patient with a brain tumor. Now my mind is running rampant worrying about the constant headaches I seem to have lately. I wake up with one and seem unable to fight off the same headache throughout the day. I know it is just allergies or stress but still I need to stop watching this rubbage.
