I love to make my own bread in my bread machine. I mean, what could be easier than throwing the ingredients in and a couple of hours later having fresh bread without any preservatives, but with the high cost of flour, does it really pay anymore?
I could buy healthy bread from the Whole Foods near me and freeze it, but I just love being able to put in whatever I want or make whatever I want, but not if it's going to end up being $5 a loaf! LOL
Any of you seasoned bakers, what do you think?
