The future is coming ......now!

My son is growing up much too quickly for my tastes and his own good. It wont be long till he is wearing deodorant and freaking out because nobody has invented the immediate acne cure for those pustule's that spring up over night. He is at the stage where I have to beg him to take a shower but when he gets in he stays in until there is not one ounce of hot water left in the tank. For four years he could care less about the little girl down the street and now he thinks she is cute and pretty. It all happens so fast and you hope that you prepare them and are prepared yourself for their future but his future is so broad its hard not to let them wander out into it for just a little bit.
