Interesting idea.

We have begun watching the homes that are currently for sale in our area. Once our home sells we need to have an idea of what we can and cannot afford. My husband has been keenly interested in this home near our church that comes with an attached commercial real estate property. Right now the property is a vacant hair salon. He thinks it would be an ideal place to open my hearing clinic. I like the idea very much and the location is good for that reason but there really isn't any yard for the children. The property doesn't seem ideal for our family but is ideal for a business.
