Searching for the perfect combination.

Over the last several months I have been making significant strides to improve my health. Seven days a week I walk 3 miles per day. In addition I have begun really watching my diet. The funny thing is that I haven't lost a significant amount of weight. My clothes fit better and I look better but the scale doesn't necessarily reflect that. I am considering trying some diet supplements such as hoodia to see if this has any effect on my weight loss. It would be really nice to see those numbers on the scale plummet as a reflection of all my hard work.
