When PBJ Hurts...

Unfortunately that snack prized by children round the world had some very serious effects recently. Because of peanut butter that was discover to be tainted with salmonella a number of people became seriously ill. This has led to a Peanut Butter Recall Lawsuit. Our area of the country was extremely effected by this outbreak. Many of those effected reside in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee and Missouri but illness has been found in many other parts of the country. The CDC reports 39 states have found evidence of the illness to date. Hopefully everyone has checked their jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter to determine if they have a tainted jar.
