Cooking Snob...

One of the few things I am snobbish about is kitchen equipment. Over the years I have treated myself to a number of great pieces that will probably outlast me. One of my favorite purchases has been my kitchen scale. I love being able to measure out my ingredients and portions to know that I am getting the measurements exactly right. Top quality kitchen scales are a sound investment for any cook or baker making recipes where exact measurements are crucial. These scales really streamline my baking allowing me to quickly and easily measure ingredients and I love that they are equally attractive sitting on my counter.
