Saving on Groceries

I love to save money on my groceries. It verges on a hobby in my situation to see just how much I can slash my food bill and still feed my family well. One of my favorite things to do it buy my coupons online. This allows me to get multiples of the same coupon and build a stockpile of items we frequently use and enjoy. I have a list I keep of what items I have on hand so I do get carried away. After 16 years of marriage I now know exactly how many cans of spaghetti sauce or boxes of cereal I need to get through 6 months of the year. Knowing what your family can realistically use is key to not being stuck with 15 boxes of lava cakes that no one will eat because you fed them 2 a week for 6 months!
