Getting together with the girls

I spent this morning at a Mother's group called MOPS. I am someone who has to force myself to join into groups like this but I am so very glad that I joined this one. It is a nice time to get together with other Moms who are experiencing the same trial and joys of Motherhood. You feel so normal once you get to talk with each other and realize that your life is very typical even when it doesn't seem that way. We have these wonderful round table discussions where we bounce ideas and thoughts off each other in a open format. From this group I have made friends that will last a life time.
